AB&F supplies our customers with parts that meet or exceed required tolerances and all other specifications. We regularly exceed our set quality metrics, and commit to continuous improvement.

Quality through computer controls.

For precision, we employ a state-of-the-art MicroVu Vision System, which measures to millionths of an inch (~0.000001 in.). Effectively a CMM, it measures and fully inspects parts in minutes, and automatically generates inspection reports. This shortens delivery times, decreases costs, and assures quality.

Our inspection tools also include:

calipers
micrometers
height gauges
precision pin gauges
last-word indicators
protractors, and
a surface roughness tester

Each is calibrated annually by a lab accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017, and meets NIST, ASME, and ANSI standards.

We are AS9100 certified.

We are registered with the United States Department of State as an ITAR and AECA-compliant manufacturer.
