Our Flow Water Jet cuts complicated workpieces in minutes without the problematic remelt layers created by other cutting techniques. It cuts at +/- 0.002", and cuts complicated geometries 15 times faster than traditional techniques, translating to significant cost savings.
Both customers and vendors can download and/or upload controlled documents via our secure file sharing system. We comply with NIST SP 800-171 and DFAR 252.204-7012.

We perform the equivalent of hydroforming without hydroforming machines, to form heat shields and tube segments.
We run 3D modeling software, and accept solid models in most formats. With it, we prepare flat patterns for the waterjet and other machines. We also use it to create custom dies, reverse engineer parts, and create production & inspection drawings.
We specialize in development, prototyping, custom, one-off, and limited-run jobs.
